Suwanee’s new City Hall

Suwanee’s new City Hall at 330 Town Center Avenue is expected to open early in 2009. The two-story, 23,600-square-foot building features an art deco-style design created by BRPH of Marietta, with a distinctive glass front, 103-foot clock tower, grand foyer with double set of stairs, and second-story Council Chamber that overlooks Town Center Park.

City Hall is on track to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. When completed, Suwanee City Hall will be only the second public facility in Gwinnett County to obtain LEED certification.
