Bus Service

Gwinnett County Transit
Gwinnett County Transit (GCT) provides express, local, and paratransit bus service for county residents. Gwinnett County commuters can make hassle-free trips to downtown Atlanta Monday-Friday via GCT's express service. Local bus service, which operates Monday-Saturday, connects neighborhoods and businesses to Gwinnett County's many cultural, shopping, and educational opportunities. GCT's local route 50 provides transportation from Suwanee to the Mall of Georgia, Gwinnett Place Mall, and the Gwinnett Civic & Cultural Center, including the new Arena at Gwinnett Center. The paratransit service provides curb-to-curb shared ride bus service for eligible individuals with disabilities.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) provides rapid rail and bus service throughout nearby DeKalb and Fulton counties, including the City of Atlanta. MARTA provides convenient access to Hartsfield International, Turner Field, Philips Arena, and many other points in the Atlanta area. The Chamblee station at Peachtree Road and Chamblee-Tucker Road near I-285 is the most convenient rail station for Suwanee residents.
