 Horizon
Business Park
A 422-acre business park located at the intersection of Lawrenceville-Suwanee
Road and I-85, Horizon Business Park was begun in 1989. It
has been selected as a location for such diverse companies
as Avon Products, Reckitt & Coleman, Visible Genetics,
Shering Plough, Fisher Scientific, and Hussmann Corporation.

Ridge
Begun in 1988, Shawnee Ridge is a 587-acre commercial/light
industrial/office development located about one mile north
of I-85 along Satellite Boulevard; about 7,000 linear feet
of the development fronts I-85. Thirty-five major tenants,
including General Medical, GTE, NCR, and Systemax, are among
the businesses that currently occupy the development. Shawnee
Ridge has approximately 4 million square feet of Class A office/warehouse
space, with approximately 460,000 square feet currently available.
