City Hall
Suwanee City Hall is located at 330 Town Center Avenue. The two-story, art deco-styled facility was opened in February 2009. City Hall is open to the public weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Services available at City Hall include building permits, business licenses, codes enforcement, economic and community development, inspections, planning services, public information, and public works administration as well as information about and payment of taxes and City water bills. Public parking for City Hall is located on either side of the building along Charleston Market Street and Savannah Square Street as well as in other public parking spaces along Town Center Avenue. Parking spaces for individuals with disabilities are available at the front of City Hall.

Suwanee's new City Hall at Town Center is about 24,000 square feet. The building features an art deco-style design created by BRPH of Marietta, with a distinctive glass front, 103-foot clock tower, grand foyer with double set of stairs, and second-story Council Chamber that overlooks Town Center Park.
City Hall is on track to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. When the certification process is completed, City Hall will be the second public facility in Gwinnett County to obtain LEED certification.
