Suwanee City Hall is located at 330 Town Center Avenue. The two-story, art deco-styled facility was opened in February 2009. City Hall is open to the public weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Services available at City Hall include building permits, business licenses, codes enforcement, economic and community development, inspections, planning services, public information, and public works administration as well as information about and payment of taxes and City water bills. Public parking for City Hall is located on either side of the building along Charleston Market Street and Savannah Square Street as well as in other public parking spaces along Town Center Avenue. Parking spaces for individuals with disabilities are available at the front of City Hall.

City Hall goes ‘green’
Suwanee City Hall is officially LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Suwanee’s is the first City Hall in the state (and one of 21 in the country in April 2010), according USGBC records, to receive LEED certification.
City Hall earned 30 credits toward LEED certification in a variety of design and construction areas, including sustainable site, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality. The City achieved “exemplary performance” status in three areas: maximization of open space, water use reduction, and material use.
The approximately 24,000 square foot building features an art deco-style design created by BRPH of Marietta, with a distinctive glass front, 103-foot clock tower, grand foyer with double set of stairs, and second-story Council Chamber that overlooks Town Center Park.
