Request for Proposals: Integrated Governmental Software System

The City of Suwanee invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for an integrated governmental software system (ERP) that will modernize operations, enhance financial and operational reporting, and ensure compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) best practices.

Suwanee seeks a fully integrated solution that connects all modules within a single, unified platform. The system must support seamless data sharing, automated workflows, centralized reporting, and provide a secure migration of historical accounting and operational data. This procurement will replace the City’s current BS&A system and related integrations.

Request for Proposals: Consultant for Safe Streets 4 All Action Plan Development

The City of Suwanee invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of a Safe Streets for All Action Plan. The City was awarded a grant for the creation of a plan and seeks a consultant to develop the plan in accordance with the requirements of the Safe Streets for All program.
