Outdoor LED Digital Activation Screen
The City of Suwanee is seeking proposals from qualified firms to furnish, coordinate, install, commission, and activate a permanent outdoor digital LED screen system within the hilltop plaza area of Town Center on Main & DeLay Nature Park. The screen is intended to support programming and activation at Suwanee Circle, including sports viewing, movies, and community events, while serving as a complementary amenity within one of the city’s newest public gathering spaces. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the LED screen system, audio/visual components, controls, commissioning, training, and all related coordination necessary to deliver a complete and operational installation.
This project is being delivered as part of broader ongoing improvements within the hilltop plaza area. The screen location has been identified by the city, and support structures for the screen are being designed and installed separately by the city’s project team. Proposers will be expected to coordinate closely with the city, its structural engineer, AV/system design consultant, and site design team to ensure that the proposed screen system integrates properly with the approved location, support conditions, and surrounding site features. The city is looking for experienced firms that can provide a high-quality, durable outdoor system appropriate for a civic setting and capable of long-term operation, maintenance, and public use.
